INTRODUCTION

The classic high-speed parallel robot configuration features translational movement along the X, Y, and Z axes in three-dimensional space, as well as rotation around the Z axis. When paired with a high-precision machine vision system, it is well-suited for highly dynamic precision scenarios such as PCB stacking, electronic assembly in the 3C industry, and the insertion of hardware components into slots.

1. A standard cycle time of 0.3 seconds meets the demands for both maximum speed and cost-effectiveness. 2. The design incorporates a bottom-mounted rotary servo motor, shortening the power transmission path and effectively reducing accuracy loss in the rotational axis. 3.
