When a software system malfunctions, the ATOMROBOT Open Platform records and analyzes the information generated during the malfunction to optimize related platform services. For iterating and developing new products and services, we may perform statistical analysis on the collected information to support decision-making, but the resulting data analysis results do not contain any personally identifiable information about you.
