INTRODUCTION
This integrated intelligent robot workstation combines a high-performance Delta robot, a drive and control cabinet, an industrial camera, and customizable programmable control software. It supports dual servo control, has a maximum load capacity of 3kg, a repeatability of ±0.02mm, and offers a variety of end effectors to choose from, making it easy to handle the sorting and assembly of various materials.

1、Parallel Structure Robotic Arm Parallel structure robotic arms are high-precision, high-speed robots widely used in industrial automation. Compared to serial robots, parallel robots are better suited for high-precision, highly repetitive operations, such as electronic component manufacturing and medical device assembly. Their main characteristics are simple construction, high movement speed, high precision, and simultaneously high stability and reliability.
2、Magnesium Alloy Robotic Arm The main body of the robotic arm is made of aerospace-grade magnesium alloy, featuring low density, high strength, high elastic modulus, good heat dissipation, excellent vibration resistance, and high impact load resistance. These superior mechanical properties provide a strong guarantee for the robot's continuous high-speed operation.
3、Expandable Motion Platform Design The expandable motion platform design allows for the installation of diverse end effectors to suit different application scenarios, supporting the addition of rotary axes, pitch axes, vacuum suction cups, pneumatic grippers, electric grippers, etc.
4、Integrated Drive and Control System An AC servo motor is paired with a fully independently developed drive and control integrated cabinet that is deeply compatible with Delta robots. Equipped with an ARM processor, it boasts powerful computing capabilities. Highly integrated, combining robot and servo systems for high-performance industrial robot control. Built-in multi-robot models enable rapid deployment of industrial robot application scenarios. Multi-IO design supports digital/analog input/output, Ethernet, encoders, and other interfaces, eliminating the need for I/O expansion. Compared to low-voltage servo motor solutions, it offers greater load capacity, higher response and operating speeds, and higher precision. Compared to standard control cabinets using single-axis drivers and controllers, it significantly saves space and reduces failure rates.
