High-Speed 4-Axis SCARA Robots

For years, ATOMROBOT SCARA ST Series is a high-performance 4-axis planar articulated robot lineup specially optimized for ultra-high-speed precision sorting and assembly. Equipped with hollow reducers and integrated arm-reducer topology, this series delivers outstanding structural rigidity, ultra-short cycle time and stable micron-level repeat accuracy under continuous round-the-clock operation.

The full ST product range covers four standard working radii: 500mm, 620mm and 800mm, all supporting a uniform 9kg maximum payload and 200mm Z-axis stroke. Two end effector configurations (Type A / Type B) are optional for different gripping and rotating demands. Short-reach models achieve up to 240 cycles per minute, while long-reach variants reach 180–220 cycles per minute, balancing wide working coverage and rapid motion efficiency.

Adopting annular built-in motor layout and unitized modular design, the robot simplifies wiring, installation and daily maintenance. The hollow reducer structure allows internal cable routing, effectively avoiding wire abrasion during high-frequency reciprocating movement and extending the overall service life.
