For years, ATOMROBOT SCARA M Series is a complete lineup of 4-axis horizontal articulated robots built for planar high-speed automation. Featuring fan-shaped wide working coverage, outstanding dynamic responsiveness and micron-level repeat positioning accuracy, this series covers light to medium-heavy load applications with standardized modular joint structure.
The full SCARA M family boasts abundant specifications: working radius ranges from 400mm to 1000mm, maximum payload spans 4kg up to 20kg, paired with optional 150mm / 200mm / 400mm Z-axis strokes. Short-arm BD models support max 200 cycles per minute for ultra-fast light-duty tasks, while long-stroke GD versions deliver stable performance under heavy loads at 166 cycles per minute.
All units adopt integrated modular joint architecture, simplifying installation, wiring and daily maintenance. Wide horizontal rotation angle delivers large fan-shaped working envelope, perfectly suited for multi-station pick-and-place, screw locking, component assembly and finished product sorting. Compatible with vision systems, feeders and conveying lines, it seamlessly integrates into fully automatic production workflows.
