Constructed with six independent servo-driven struts, this full-space motion platform delivers complete X/Y/Z linear translation plus pitch, roll and yaw angular rotation, combining ultra-high structural rigidity, outstanding dynamic stability and sub-micron repeat positioning accuracy.

Equipped with self-developed high-performance motion control algorithms, the Delta S6 series achieves smooth composite six-degree-of-freedom trajectory tracking under strict dimensional tolerances.
