The complete D5 robot family covers diverse specifications: payload options of 2kg, 3kg and 5kg, plus working diameter spanning 800mm, 1000mm, 1200mm and 1300mm. Equipped with servo-coupled dual rotary axes and optimized motion control algorithms, the D5 series realizes independent horizontal and vertical rotation adjustment at the end effector, running steadily under continuous long-hour operation with micron-level repeat accuracy. All models come with a universal standard tool flange compatible with various grippers and vision kits, enabling flexible multi-angle handling of pouches, bottles, cosmetic containers and electronic components from conveyor belts.
Powered by our proprietary self-developed dedicated controller, the D5 series achieves smooth synchronized dual-axis rotation trajectory planning, fast servo response and stable anti-vibration performance. The intuitive graphical programming interface supports quick angle parameter setup and one-click recipe switching, greatly simplifying on-site debugging for rotation-demanding production lines.
