ATOMROBOT Delta D2 series is optimized for full-spectrum packaging automation workflows, from lightweight random product sorting to heavy carton loading. The robot family boasts superior dynamic motion performance, ultra-short cycle times and micron-level positioning accuracy, covering payload ranges from 5kg up to 50kg.
The Delta D2 & DD2 family covers complete model variants: payload options of 5kg, 15kg, 35kg and 50kg, with working radii spanning 1000mm, 1200mm and 1300mm — there is a dedicated Delta D2 model to match nearly all production line throughput and load requirements.
Featuring outstanding high-speed motion control, minimized cycle intervals and repeat precision, ATOMROBOT delta robots maintain stable high-speed operation across compact narrow work cells and wide-span production layouts with strict positioning tolerances.
All Delta D2 units come with a universal standard tool flange, compatible with custom vacuum cups and multi-jaw adjustable grippers, enabling continuous high-speed handling of loose bulk goods, pouches, bottles and sealed cartons from continuous conveyor belts.
