DELTA ROBOTS
MINI series
This all-in-one intelligent robot workstation integrates delta robots, industrial cameras, and computer software. It can intelligently identify small parts and then arrange them neatly using a high-speed and precise robotic arm. It can clearly see the front and back of the parts at a glance and handle them with one hand.
D2 series
The 2-DOF high-speed delta robot is tailored for the planar handling and assembly of light materials. It does not require vision and relies on sensor positioning to complete planar operations.
D3P series
The classic high-speed delta robot configuration has the functional characteristics of translation along the XYZ axes in three-dimensional space and rotation around the Z axis. By matching with a high-precision machine vision system, it is suitable for high-speed production operations in the food, pharmaceuticals and other industries. It is mainly used for the assembly, handling and sorting of light and small scattered materials.
D3W series
Classic high-speed delta robot configuration, featuring translational movement along the XYZ axes in three-dimensional space. It is ideal for high-speed production operations in industries such as food and pharmaceuticals, and is primarily used for rapid handling and sorting of regularly shaped products with consistent infeed.
D5 series
The 5-axis robot adds two parallel rotating axes based on the traditional three-axis parallel robot. One axis controls the horizontal rotation and the other axis controls the vertical rotation. The two intermediate axes are controlled by servo coupling, which has higher precision, faster speed and longer service life.
S6 series
The classic STEWART parallel mechanism can easily realize 6-DOF motion in space, with a load of 50kg, meeting the demand for the highest precision and maximum load. It is very suitable for high-precision testing operations in laboratories, aerospace and other industries, and is mainly used for assembly and motion simulation of various materials.
